MORI62 is a personal-growth and motivation tool. We are not doctors, therapists, counselors, psychologists, or licensed mental-health or medical professionals, and nothing in MORI62 — including Voice Anchors, prompts, suggestions, or AI-generated content — is medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice. It is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional help. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for any medical or mental-health concern. If you're struggling with trauma, addiction, or your mental health, please reach out to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or may be a danger to yourself or others, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away (in the U.S., call or text 988).

Some of MORI62's features use artificial intelligenceto generate content for you — for example a personalized message, a “future you” bedtime story, wording help for a Voice Anchor, or a read on your goals. That content is generated automatically by AI, not written by a human. It is produced just for you and can be wrong, incomplete, or not right for your situation— treat it as a prompt to think with, never as fact and never as professional advice (see above). You choose when to use these features. The text a feature needs is sent to our AI provider to produce your result; see the Privacy Policy for how that data is handled and for our AI provider.

You confirm you are at least 18 years old.

What you create in MORI62 is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the app to you. Don't upload content that is illegal, or that violates someone else's rights (for example, photos of other people used without their consent).

Use MORI62 for your own growth. Don't use it to harm others, harass anyone, or break the law.

We may suggest third-party apps and products. Some links may earn us a commission. These are suggestions only — they aren't professional advice, and we're not responsible for third-party products or services.

When you give us your email — to sign in, to get your plan or quiz result, or to request a partner invite — you agree we may email you about MORI62: your account and receipts, and, where you gave us your address for it, our product email and letters. Every marketing email has a one-tap unsubscribe, and unsubscribing never affects your account or the emails we must send you about it (receipts, security, sign-in codes). We keep a copy of the emails we send you so we have an accurate record of what we sent. We do not sell your email address.

MORI62 runs a partner (affiliate) program. Anyone may apply; it is free to join, and you never have to be a paying customer to be a partner or to earn. Approval is at our discretion, and you must be 18 or older.

The full terms of the program — commission rates, how a referral is attributed, when a commission is approved, payout timing and minimums, refund and chargeback clawbacks, and the conduct rules — are set out in the Partner Agreement, which you must read and sign before you are paid. It is public: read it before you apply.

Disclosure is not optional.If you share a partner link or code, you must clearly disclose the partnership every time (for example “#ad” or “paid partner”), as the FTC and your local law require. You must never promise outcomes MORI62 does not promise, never present earnings as typical or guaranteed, never speak as MORI62, and never spam. We may suspend or remove a partner, and withhold unpaid commissions on referrals obtained in breach of these rules.

No earnings are promised. Any figure shown on our partner pages is an illustration, not a projection, a typical result, or a guarantee. Most partners earn little or nothing. What you earn depends entirely on whether the people you refer choose to subscribe and stay subscribed.

MORI62 offers an optional paid plan (“MORI62 Premium”) billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Premium is offered weekly, monthly, or yearly — the exact price and billing frequency are shown at checkout — and it renews automatically at that price each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytimefrom your account or the Stripe billing portal in a couple of taps; cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access through the period you've already paid for. We do notoffer a free trial — you're charged when you subscribe. You may receive free Premium days through referrals, promo codes, or partner offers. These days are promotional, have no cash value, and can't be refunded or transferred. All payments are non-refundable.Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access through the period you've already paid for — weekly and yearly plans alike. Where the law requires more, the law prevails. Prices and features may change.

You use MORI62 at your own risk. MORI62 can help you build habits and mindset, but we cannot guarantee any particular result, and you are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3Fold LLC (doing business as Mori62) and its owners, employees, and contractors arenot liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app, including any decisions you make based on its content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ourtotal combined liabilityfor all claims relating to the app is limited to the greater of $50 or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

If your content, your use of the app in violation of these terms, or your violation of law or the rights of another person leads to a claim against 3Fold LLC or its owners, employees, or contractors, you agree to defend us against that claim and to cover the resulting damages and reasonable legal fees.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these terms. Where reasonable, we will give you a chance to export your Record first. Paid time is handled as described in the billing section above. You can stop using the app, or delete your account from the account page, at any time.

If an organization (for example a team, coach, gym, school, or company) pays for your access, that organization purchases seats, each seat is billed per week, and the organization's administrators can see whether seats are active and whether days are being kept, in aggregate or by status, but never the words you write. What you write belongs to you. Your relationship with the organization, including any promises it makes to you, is between you and the organization. An organization that purchases seats agrees to these terms on its own behalf and on behalf of its authorized administrators.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the app will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Where the law of your place of residence grants you rights that cannot be waived, those rights are not affected.
