3Fold is a personal-growth and motivation tool. We are not doctors, therapists, counselors, psychologists, or licensed mental-health or medical professionals, and nothing in 3Fold — including Voice Anchors, prompts, suggestions, or AI-generated content — is medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice. It is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional help. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for any medical or mental-health concern. If you're struggling with trauma, addiction, or your mental health, please reach out to a qualified professional. You confirm you are at least 18 years old.

What you create in 3Fold is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the app to you. Don't upload content that is illegal, or that violates someone else's rights (for example, photos of other people used without their consent).

Use 3Fold for your own growth. Don't use it to harm others, harass anyone, or break the law.

We may suggest third-party apps and products. Some links may earn us a commission. These are suggestions only — they aren't professional advice, and we're not responsible for third-party products or services.

3Fold offers an optional paid plan (“3Fold Pro”) billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Pro is offered weekly, monthly, or yearly — the exact price and billing frequency are shown at checkout — and it renews automatically at that price each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytimefrom your account or the Stripe billing portal in a couple of taps; cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access through the period you've already paid for. We do notoffer a free trial — you're charged when you subscribe. You may also earn free days of Pro by referring friends; those days are promotional, have no cash value, and aren't refundable or transferable. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and features may change.

You use 3Fold at your own risk. 3Fold can help you build habits and mindset, but we cannot guarantee any particular result, and you are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3Fold and its owner are not liablefor any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app — including any decisions you make based on its content. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
