AI implementation for business operations

Tell us what’s wasting your time & money. We build the software to fix it.

AI seems easy to use but it is difficult for you to make it truly useful. If your team is still copying, checking, prompting, chasing or stitching things together by hand, show us the problem.

Waiting for a person to review

Tom, the September report goes out Thursday and still needs your approval. Can you approve it or flag changes today?

Sample only. Nothing is really sent.

What can 3Fold fix?

  • Time

Your team spends hours moving information between tools or checking the same things every day.

  • Money

Leads, invoices, bookings, renewals or opportunities fall through.

  • Things getting missed

Deadlines, approvals, files and follow-ups depend on someone remembering.

  • Visibility

Managers cannot quickly tell what needs attention or where work is stuck.

  • Repetitive work

People repeat work that software could prepare or finish.

  • Slow decisions

The information exists but it is scattered across systems.

  • Research and monitoring

Someone checks the same websites, records or databases again and again.

  • Owner dependence

A workflow only works because one person carries it in their head.

How we take over repeating work

We don’t sell another tool to learn.

We build the missing piece between the tools you already use.

  1. What you have

    Your tools and information

    • Email and calendars
    • Spreadsheets
    • Your CRM and project tools
    • Billing and accounting
    • Websites and public records
  2. What we build

    The 3Fold implementation

    • Connects your software
    • Watches for changes
    • Brings information together
    • Applies your business rules
    • Uses AI where it helps
    • Drafts the next action
    • Keeps people in control
    • Adds a management view when one helps

Each build uses only the parts your workflow needs.

  3. What your team gets

    A clear next step

    • What needs attention
    • What happens next
    • Actions prepared or done

Keep the tools that already work. 3Fold builds around them.

What AI implementation means

Case study

What we built for a Shopify agency

A Shopify e-commerce agency coordinated time-sensitive client launches in Basecamp. Assets, approvals and deadlines got buried in project activity.

3Fold built an operating layer that surfaces what needs attention, flags work at risk and prepares follow-ups while the account manager stays in control.

The views below are samples with invented data.

Cards slide out of a loose pile into one ordered column. A dot marks one of them.

Questions

What does AI implementation mean?

We learn how one workflow runs today. Then we build the software that fixes it inside the tools you already use. We use AI where it makes sense. It can read messy emails or draft a reply. We use normal software where normal software makes sense. We care about the business result.

Is this another project tool?

No. We build around the tools you already use. Your team keeps working where it works today.

Do I have to replace my software?

Usually no. We connect what you have and build only the missing piece.

Do we have to meet?

No. The intake happens in writing. So does onboarding. Questions go to kent@3fold.me.

What can you build?

Integrations between your tools. Alerts and drafted follow-ups. Approval and decision queues. Reports and management views. Research and monitoring systems. Custom internal software when nothing else fits.

What does $5,000 cover?

One bounded workflow. We map it and build it. We connect up to three of your existing systems. Then we test it, deploy it and hand it over with documentation.

What if my workflow is larger?

Then it needs a custom scope. We write it down and price it before we start. Nothing outside the agreed scope starts without your yes in writing.

Do you send messages without approval?

No. A person on your team approves every outside message. That changes only if your written scope says so.

Who owns the work?

When the final payment clears you own the custom code we wrote for you and the documentation that goes with it. Your data is always yours.

What happens after?

Nothing is required. There is no subscription. Later work is quoted in writing and priced on its own. Nothing recurring starts without your yes.

I’ll handle the build.
